We built our Watertown facility in 2006 to include the most advanced hearing technology available. You will be welcomed to our facility by a bright smile, cup of coffee and a cookie. We utilize Video Otoscopy so you may see your ear canal and ear drum on our flat screen monitor. Our conference room provides us the ability to invite you to hearing rehabilitation courses should you choose to attend. Our Surround Sound Reality Suite places you within those difficult hearing environments so we can adjust your hearing aids appropriately.

Professional Hearing Services utilizes Real Ear Verification on every hearing aid fitting. We are in the minority, with only 30% of hearing professionals in the nation using this advanced technology. A small microphone is placed close to your ear drum, which allows us to measure how loud your hearing aid is within your unique ear canal. There is no guesswork on your prescription. You will be educated regarding your benefit and see it on our monitor.

We welcome you to stop in and have a cup of coffee on us while we thoroughly clean your hearing aids with our vacuum system. This keeps your hearing aids working optimally and lengthens the life of the device.
We are a Full Service Hearing Clinic.
We service all makes and models of hearing aids through our in-house repair lab. If however your hearing aid needs to be sent in to the manufacturer for repair, we work with most of the major manufacturers.. We offer a complete line of Rayovac batteries that are shipped to us within 10 days from manufacturing for optimal freshness. Assistive Listening Devices and other hearing aid accessories are also available.

We enjoy working with patients of all ages! We work closely with the Ear, Nose and Throat physicians, pediatricians and school districts to make sure your child is obtaining the quality hearing care they need for their development and education. We utilize the most advanced testing equipment for their hearing assessments and are able to evaluate all ages, beginning with newborns.
