Insurance
In many cases your insurance will cover the cost of your hearing assessment and some even cover the cost or a portion of the cost of hearing aids. Our professionals are approved providers for many insurance companies and we can bill them directly on your behalf.
We also accept all major credit cards and gift certificates are available.

New Patient Form
If you’ll be visiting our Professional Hearing Services as a new patient we have a new patient form we’ll need filled out. If you’d like to expedite your appointment you can print the form and fill it out in advance. Please feel free to give us a call if you have any questions.
