Dr. Todd Decker, CCC-A
Licensed Audiologist

Dr. Todd Decker has been the owner of Professional Hearing Services since 2000. He is dedicated to improving your quality of life through better hearing. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and his Masters of Science in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Dr. Decker earned his Doctorate of Audiology in 2008 from the Salus University School of Audiology.




Teri Robin

Hearing Instrument Specialist

Teri Robin has been with Professional Hearing Services for six years. She can perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, find your personalized hearing solution and adjust your hearing aids as well. She can answer any questions you may have about hearing technology. Teri is licensed by the South Dakota Board of Hearing Aid Dispensers.



Connie Hoftiezer

Patient Financial Coordinator

Connie Hoftiezer has been with Professional Hearing Services for seven years. She specializes in credentialing and billing insurance, manages the accounts receivable and accounts payable departments. She also assists patients with Care Credit applications and can answer any questions you have in these matters.



Jamie Mack

Patient Coordinator

Jamie Mack has been with Professional Hearing Services for one year. She schedules appointments and is able to do demonstrations of many Assisted Listening Devices. She can answer any questions you might have, from appointment scheduling to product information.





Mary Peterson
Audiology Resident

Mary Peterson has been with Professional Hearing Services as a Doctoral Resident since 2011. She attended Missouri State University and will graduate in May 2012. She enjoys all aspects of patient care and is able to perform comprehensive hearing evaluations, creat a customized hearing solution for you and adjust your hearing aids as well.

Christine Ronke recently joined Professional Hearing Services. She schedules appointments and is able to do demonstrations of many Assisted Listening Devices. She can answer any questions you might have, from appointment scheduling to product information.
