Dr. Todd Decker, CCC-A
Licensed Audiologist

Dr. Todd Decker has been the owner of Professional Hearing Services since 2000. He is dedicated to improving your quality of life through better hearing. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and his Masters of Science in Audiology from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Dr. Decker earned his Doctorate of Audiology in 2008 from the Salus University School of Audiology.






Dr. Mary Peterson, CCC-A
Licensed Audiologist

Mary Peterson has been with Professional Hearing Services since 2011. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Dakota in Vermillion. Mary attended Missouri State University for her Doctorate of Audiology and graduated in May, 2012.

 

 





Jamie Mack

Jamie Mack
Clinic Manager

Jamie has been with Professional Hearing Services since 2010. She started as Patient Care Coordinator and now handles various aspects of patient relations and patient retention programs along with marketing and advertising. She can also assist you with any questions you may have about various Assisted Listening Devices along with ordering those products. She is also trained in cleaning hearing aids and can do minor repairs in our lab.





Christine Ronke
Patient Technology Coordinator

Christine joined Professional Hearing Services in 2011 and is currently transitioning from being the Patient Care Coordinator to training to obtain her license to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. She manages patient files and paperwork, new hearing aid and repair orders along with minor hearing aid repairs in the lab. After her licensure is complete, she will be able to administer comprehensive hearing evaluations, adjust hearing aids and perform Otoscopic examinations.

Patient Financial Coordinator

Angela has been with Professional Hearing Services since January of 2012. She is knowledgeable in all areas of insurance. She can assist you with any questions you may have regarding payments, insurance questions and Care Credit applications. She is also trained in cleaning hearing aids and can do minor repairs in our lab.

Patient Care Coordinator

Kari recently joined Professional Hearing Services. She schedules appointments and is able to do demonstrations of many Assisted Listening Devices. She can answer any questions you might have, from appointment scheduling to product information. She is also trained in cleaning hearing aids and can do minor repairs in our lab.
